SAT Programme: A free introduction evening
The SAT program designed by Claudio Naranjo, one of the main referents of transpersonal psychology and in particular of the Enneagram, proposes a “work” on the psychology of the Enneatypes in a holistic approach that is nourished by various disciplines that converge organically in the quest for an essential knowledge of oneself (movement, theatre, meditation, the different currents of therapeutic and self-help support, systemic work on parental relationships etc).
Wherever you are in the world, you are welcome to attend this free meeting. Members of our team will offer an overview of the themes and exercises that are at the heart of this program and will answer any questions you may have.
This evening will give you answers to questions such as:
- Is the SAT programme for me?
- Is there a right time to start and why should I start with SAT I?
- What methods and tools are used during the SAT?
- Do I already need to know something about Enneagram?
- What are the changes and long-term benefits I can expect?
- Can I participate with my partner, friends or family members?
- How can the SAT programme help me in my relationships?
- Do I have to belong to a certain belief system for it to work?
- What do I need to prepare myself for?

June 15 – 20 2025
In continuation from SAT I-III, the SAT IV aims to integrate the experiences from the previous module and offers exercises that sharpen the understanding of the inner transformation of each Enneatype. Based on Claudio Naranjo’s teachings of the “Hero’s journey”, participants will take an in-depth look at the understanding of the inner journey of the soul, combining meditation practices with a reflection on the nature of the psycho-spiritual process. They will explore their own path of growth related to their Enneatype experience.
We are especially happy about the commitment of companions and long-term collaborators of Claudio and special guests to join us again!
This module is an advanced training on the SAT path and is only available for people who have completed the previous modules.
This SAT IV module contains the following elements:
- Movement
A unique approach to body and movement, to develop the attention and the awarenes that helps us be present and alive in our body. - Enneagram & systemic constellations
This year, under the direction of Jutta ten Herkel, we will explore the systemic field that emerges from inner work. Participants’ individual constellations will guide us as a group towards essential themes and show us how these relate to our families and our lineage. As the days go by, systemic configurations will form, leading to exciting constellations for the group as a whole. - Meditative exercises
integrating the Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana practices already practiced during previous modules - Reflection processes
Participants will be guided to consider and reflect upon their inner journey in order to help them understand and actively live their own psycho-spiritual transformation process. - Individual sessions

Event details
3 – 12 October 2025
The second module of the SAT Program helps to increasingly open to the reality of our experiences and to strengthen our motivation to undergo inner transformation. The central focus is (re-) establishing a loving relationship to ourselves, to our own history and the relevant relationships in our life.
We will continue striving to understand the psychodynamics of our personality structures working on the subtypes and our cognitive core beliefs. We will investigate how our ego structures have been shaped in our childhood. In a carefully monitored step-by-step process, the participants will be guided through a clarification of their relationship to their parents and to the attachment figures around them in their childhood, making them aware of their biographical imprints.
The emotional opening created through understanding and reconciliation will be expanded to exercises including current or past significant others, children and siblings with the intention to nourish healthy relationships. An introduction into Mahayana Buddhism and the meditation of “non-doing” will facilitate witnessing the mind on a more profound level and beyond our ordinary ways of thinking. In addition, the participants will be introduced to the virtues in the Enneagram which help us to step out of our habitual attitudes in order to gain more clarity and connection.
Conditions :
For participation at SAT II it is required to have completed module I either in Germany or France or in another country. There are no restrictions as to how much time may have elapsed between the modules.
In some cases, individuals without having completed SAT I will be offered the opportunity to participate if they have accomplished several years of personal development which also comprises experiential work with the Enneagram. Whether this is an option, will be discussed in a personal phone call.
